Joyful Heart Institute is a small, personal project. We collect as little information as possible, and we never sell or share it.

What we collect

When you sign up for the guided practices, or to stay in touch, we ask for your first name and email address. That is all.

How we use it

  • To give you access to the guided practices you asked for.
  • If you choose “Yes, stay in touch,” to send you occasional emails about classes, retreats, and journeys.

If you do not choose to stay in touch, your email is used only to give you access. You will not receive our newsletters.

Where it is kept

Names and email addresses are stored with Kit, the email service we use, which processes them on our behalf. You can read Kit’s own policy at kit.com/privacy.

Cookies and outside services

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our videos are played through YouTube, which may set its own cookies when a video loads or plays. Links to books lead to Bookshop.org. Those services follow their own privacy policies. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, write to contact@joyfulheartinstitute.com and we will take care of it promptly.
