Pilgrimages

Pilgrimage leads us, slowly and together, to places where people have gathered in reverence for thousands of years: ancient stones, sacred wells, hermitages, and forests, where great practitioners lived and practiced, and where their presence still lingers.

Pilgrimage is not tourism. It is a retreat in motion. There is beauty, friendship, laughter, and rest along the way, yet each moment, pleasant or difficult, becomes part of the practice. The walking, the silence, and the company transform us, and we return home with a deeper awareness to bring into daily life.

Every other spring, we travel together. To inquire about our journeys, please write to contact@joyfulheartinstitute.com.
